Terms & Conditions

  1. Provider: see Imprint (VAT-exempt — issues VAT-free invoices).
  2. Service: production of custom, made-to-order 3D printed products from an uploaded model; instant price for FDM, custom quote for SLA/STEP.
  3. Ordering: upload model → price (instant or custom) → order → email confirmation (the contract is formed upon confirmation; the confirmed price prevails).
  4. Account and order access: there is no registration or login on the site. You view your orders via a signed "magic link" sent to your email, intended only for you. The system links your orders and calculations by matching the same email address.
  5. Marketing and follow-up communication: to reveal the price, the calculator asks for your email and acceptance of these Terms; if no order results from the calculation within 1–3 days, we may send a single reminder so you can continue. You can subscribe to the newsletter separately via an optional checkbox (special offers, discounts). You can unsubscribe from either at any time via the link in the email; see the Privacy policy for details.
  6. Prices: in HUF (also shown in EUR for information, at the current exchange rate), without VAT (final total) due to VAT-exemption. Minimum item value: 1,500 HUF. These amounts reflect the current admin-configured values.
  7. Payment: card (Stripe) or bank transfer — the bank details (account number/IBAN) and reference are shown when choosing the payment method, in the order confirmation email. Production starts after successful payment/confirmation.
  8. Shipping: Házhoz szállítás (1,990 HUF, free above 30,000 HUF); outside the EU: on custom terms.
  9. Lead time: typically 2–5 working days, 1–2 for rush (indicative, depends on project size).
  10. Withdrawal: products are manufactured to the customer's instructions/specific requirements, not pre-made, so under Section 29(1)(c) of Hungarian Gov. Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. The customer is informed of this before finalizing the order.
  11. Warranty / liability: per applicable law; the customer is responsible for the legality of the uploaded model and the accuracy of the data provided.
