  1. Provider: see Imprint (VAT-exempt — issues VAT-free invoices).
  2. Service: production of custom, made-to-order 3D printed products from an uploaded model; instant price for FDM, custom quote for SLA/STEP.
  3. Ordering: upload model → price (instant or custom) → order → email confirmation (the contract is formed upon confirmation; the confirmed price prevails).
  4. Prices: in HUF, without VAT (final total) due to VAT-exemption. Minimum project value: ‹1500 HUF›.
  5. Payment: card (Stripe) or bank transfer (‹IBAN, reference›). Production starts after successful payment/confirmation.
  6. Shipping: ‹courier / pickup point / personal pickup in Miskolc›; EU: on custom terms.
  7. Lead time: typically 2–5 working days, 1–2 for rush (indicative, depends on project size).
  8. Withdrawal: for custom-made goods produced to the consumer's specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under Hungarian Gov. Decree 45/2014 — the customer is informed before ordering. ‹Legal review required.›
  9. Warranty / liability: per applicable law; the customer is responsible for the legality of the uploaded model and the accuracy of the data provided.
  10. Complaints, disputes: ‹email›; conciliation board / competent court.
