What file should I send?
STL, OBJ or 3MF are best. For STEP/STP we provide a custom quote. If you have no model, we design it.
How much does 3D printing cost?
For FDM you get an instant, real slicing-based price after upload. The price depends on material, size, geometry, infill and quantity. The current minimum project value is 1500 HUF.
What is the lead time?
Typically 2–5 working days; 1–2 working days for rush (depending on project size).
What is the maximum size?
In FDM, 340×320×340 mm in one piece, larger parts from multiple sections. In SLA, 115×65×155 mm.
Which is better: FDM or SLA?
FDM is versatile, economical and great for large parts; SLA is for detailed, smooth-surface small parts.
Which material should I print in?
See the material table; if unsure, we help you choose based on the use case.
Can you make spare parts?
Yes — we reverse-engineer an existing (even broken) part and produce it.
What happens to my uploaded files?
We keep them confidential and delete them after a while.
Is VAT charged?
We are VAT-exempt; prices are final totals with no VAT added.
How can I pay?
By card (online) or bank transfer. We confirm the order by email.
