1. Data controller

2. Data processed and purposes

Quote/order: uploaded 3D file, email, name, shipping/billing data, order content — purpose: preparing the quote and performing the contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)).
Uploaded files: kept confidential, used only for the quote/production. We keep the file until the purpose is achieved (the quote/order is completed), then delete it manually; on request we delete it earlier at any time.
Contact: name, email, message — legal basis: consent / legitimate interest.
Price calculator (email gate): the email address you provide to reveal the price, plus the fact that you accepted the Terms. Purpose: saving your calculation and linking calculations under the same email so you can continue later; and sending a single follow-up reminder if no order is placed from the calculation within 1–3 days. Legal basis: consent (GDPR 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe from reminders anytime via the link in the email.
Newsletter: email address (and optionally name) provided on the order form, in the calculator, or directly. Purpose: sending the newsletter, special offers and discounts. Legal basis: consent (GDPR 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe anytime.
Analytics (GA4): anonymous/aggregated usage data — legal basis: consent (cookie banner).

3. Registration and order access

There is no registration and no login on the site. You view your orders via a signed "magic link" sent by email — for your eyes only, without a password. The system links your orders and calculations by matching the same email address, so you don't have to re-enter your details every time.

4. Processors

IdealWeb.hu (website hosting), HostingBazis Betéti Társaság (VPS/application server), Stripe Payments Europe (payment), Resend (email), Google (GA4) — each under their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Accounting records for the statutory period; uploaded files until the purpose is achieved (manual deletion); contact until the purpose is achieved; calculator leads until the calculation is no longer current (or until you unsubscribe); newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability; withdrawal of consent at any time (e.g. newsletter or follow-up unsubscribe); complaint to the Hungarian authority NAIH (naih.hu).
