1. Data controller

- Quote/order: uploaded 3D file, email, name, shipping/billing data, order content — purpose: preparing the quote and performing the contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)).
- Uploaded files: kept confidential, used only for the quote/production, deleted automatically after ‹e.g. 30 days›.
- Contact: name, email, message — legal basis: consent / legitimate interest.
- Analytics (GA4): anonymous/aggregated usage data — legal basis: consent (cookie banner).
3. Processors
‹VPS provider› (hosting), Stripe Payments Europe (payment), Resend (email), Google (GA4) — each under their own privacy terms.
4. Retention
Accounting records for the statutory period; files ‹30 days›; contact until the purpose is achieved.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability; complaint to the Hungarian authority NAIH (naih.hu).
